Sending documents
Open documents →How do I send a document for signature?+
Go to Documents and choose New document, pick a template and fill in the name and email of each party. The PDF and its signature fields come from the template. Check the document, then choose Send.
Can parties sign in a specific order?+
Yes. Set the signing order to Sequential before sending. Each party is emailed only after the previous one has signed. Parallel sends to everyone at once.
How do I remind someone who has not signed?+
Open the document and choose Remind. Everyone who still has to sign gets a fresh email with their signing link.
Can I cancel a document after sending it?+
Yes — open it and choose Void. Every signing link stops working immediately, and the document is kept for your records, marked voided.
Where do I find the signed PDF?+
When the last party signs, the document is sealed. Open it from Documents to download the signed PDF and the certificate of completion.
Signing & verification
Do signers need an account?+
No. Each party opens their own private link. If you require it, they first confirm a one-time code sent by email or WhatsApp, or a shared access code you give them separately.
What if a signer declines?+
They can decline with a reason. You are notified straight away and the document is marked declined.
How can someone check a signed document is genuine?+
Every sealed document and certificate carries a verification link. Opening it shows the document’s status and who signed — anyone can check it, without signing in.
Can signers reuse a saved signature?+
Yes. Signers and team members can save a drawn or typed signature and initials and adopt them on later documents.
Templates
Open templates →What is a template?+
A template stores a PDF, its roles (for example Seller and Buyer) and where each role’s fields go. When you use it, you only fill in who plays each role.
Can I turn an existing document into a template?+
Yes. On Templates, start a new template and choose to copy the layout from an existing document. Its parties become roles and its fields are copied across.
Contacts
Open contacts →Why keep contacts?+
Saved contacts autocomplete when you add parties, so names, emails, phone numbers and ID details are typed once and stay consistent.
Does editing a contact change documents already sent?+
No. Documents keep the details they were sent with; only new documents use the updated contact.
Team & permissions
Open team →How do I add a colleague?+
Workspace admins open Team and choose Add member. Give their name and email. Leave the password empty to create one, which is shown so you can copy it, or type one yourself. They’re emailed a sign-in link and change the password under Security.
What can members see?+
Members see only documents they uploaded or are named on. Workspace admins see everything in the workspace. Admins can grant members extra permissions under Role permissions or per person.
How do I remove someone?+
Deactivate them from Team. They are signed out everywhere and cannot sign in, but their documents and audit history stay intact.
Storage
View storage →How much storage do I have?+
Every workspace starts with 10 GB. Originals, signed copies and certificates all count. You can see usage on the API & storage tab.
How do I get more storage?+
Workspace admins can request more from the storage panel. The Propverse team reviews the request and you’re notified when it’s decided.
How do I get an API key?+
Workspace admins create keys on the API & storage tab. Each key has its own scopes and can be revoked at any time. The full key is shown once — store it safely.
How do I test a key?+
Call GET /api/v1/ping with the key in the Authorization header (Bearer <key>). It returns your workspace name and the key prefix.
Account & security
Open security →How do I turn on two-factor sign-in?+
Open Security. Use an authenticator app (scan the QR code and confirm a code) or choose Email code and confirm the code we send you. Keep the recovery codes somewhere safe.
I forgot my password+
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. We email a link to choose a new one; it signs you out of every other session.
How do I sign out other devices?+
Open Profile and use Sign out other devices in the Sessions card, or end one session at a time.
